Terms and Conditions
Delivery Policy
All our packages are sent by first class or Airmail.
We post every weekday and aim post your package within 24 hours of recieving payment, orders recieved during the weekend will be posted monday.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if our yarn does not live up to your expectations. Simply e-mail us, return the goods and we will refund the total cost, excluding the return postage.
Privacy Policy
We do not share any of your information with a third party. The only records we keep are e-mail addresses.
We like to send a monthly update to all our customers, if you do not want to recieve news of our special offers, sales, shows and events please add a note on your order.
